WHO WE ARE
OUR STORY
Urban Fresh Produce is a black-owned Urban Farming operation located at the Just Food Community Farm (2391 Pepin Court) in Blackburn Hamlet.
Urban Fresh was founded by Chadwick Lewis whom is originally from Saint Lucia. He farmed there for two years with his great uncle on the family estate producing over 25 different crops. Chadwick is also a graduate of the Algonquin College Horticulture Program. He has a passion for cultivating the land and in turn providing others with healthy food options.

OUR MISSION
Our aim is to provide high quality fresh organic produce and improve food security by creating healthy,accessible vegetable options for the community of Ottawa.
To improve food security and overall quality of life by
(1) Supplying high quality fresh produce
(2) Providing quality organic plants to those who wish to grow their own gardens.
