Nastursiums are a great option to bring colour to any garden or plate as they are edible. They are also an excellent companion crop to plant among your veggies as they repel some pests, draw other pests away from your veggetables and also attract good bugs to eat pests in your garden. They come in a mix of red, pink, yellow and orange flowers. Use the leaves or flower petals as garnish or in salads to add a delicious peppery kick!
